COVID - 19 APPOINTMENTS
Please advise reception staff, prior to enetering the practice, if you have any cough or cold like symptoms, headache, fevers, sore throat, runny nose or loss of taste or smell.  If you are suffering from any of these symptoms please attend Dubbo Base Hospital Emergency Department for assessment and testing.

If you have had contact with the following:

*  Anyone who has travelled from Victoria since 24 June 2020
*  Have been to Victoria since 24 June 2020
*  Have been to Sydney in any hotspot areas or have been in contact with anyone from these areas

Please do not enter the practice.  Go to the Dubbo Base Hospital Emergency Department for assessment and testing.
Alternatively, you may present at the Respiratory Clinic at 183 Brisbane Street, Dubbo where you can be assessed and tested if required.

Please be aware that Gumtree Medical Practice is practicing safe and Social Distancing.  We ask that patients only come into the practice and any essential parties.  If you are a driver please wait outside or in the car.  Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Appointment Cancellations

This practice requires at least 24 hours notice (where possible) prior to cancelling an appointment.

Persistent failure to attend will incur a fee, which will be payable before any further consultations can be made.
